Their sangria is an amazing example, a nectar we highly recommend—fresh and well balanced: a mix of red rioja rouge, rose syrup, lychee juice and lemonade (8,50€ per glass). Obviously to be sipped along with a plate of bellota, the caviar of ham (starting at 15€ per plate).
