Go to Venice without leaving Paris

No time to take a romantic holiday to Venice? We have found the solution to savor succulent Venetian specialties without moving from Paris. Head for Il Carpaccio, the Italian restaurant of the super chic Hôtel Royal Monceau, what has invited  especially for Valentine’s Day, Renato Piccolotto, the chef of mythical Hôtel Cipriani in Venice. You will be tasting a little bit of Italy since the deluxe venue, located a short boat ride from Saint Mark’s square, was founded by  Giuseppe Cipriani, the creator of Harry's Bar in which Hemingway came for inspiration.

On the menu, the best specialties of the chef such as his famous risotto, his « taglierini » of green pasta with ham or his sautéed gambas with pilaf rice and tomato, caper and pickle sauce.

We like : the tasting menu conceived for four hands, so that he can live a titillating gustative experience!
