Recently opened on the rue des Vinaigriers, across from our darling fish and chips and it’s already cult. Because the cream tarts covered with an orgasmic Chantilly cream at Liberté are amazing. Quite normal, pasty chefs Benoit Gastel dares this recipe still rather unknown in the capital … And we love it!
This chef who worked with the leading names (Darroze, Grande ep’ ) is best when it comes to the great classics of French bakery such as: a terrific croissant, a wonderful meringue and a perfect baguette nickel. Everything here is tops. Just as we like it.
