After a brilliant cursus at HEC and a stint at Morgan Stanley, Alexandre Weill decided to drop the world of finance and dedicate himself to his passion : cooking. For our delight. A successful reconversion for this chef with an atypical profile who has just opened Prémices in trendy Pigalle.
In this room with a dark but design look, you will enjoy a refined and well-mastered cuisine, that sets off noble products (lobster, foie gras, oysters). Not surprising since the owner worked with star chefs.
There is a short but efficient choice with an attractive lunch formula (24 €). For lobster buffs, impossible to miss the maki lobster served in a tasty Thai broth (15 €) and the lobster tail with lobster butter (30 €). To be tasted also the hot foie gras with a touch of curry (15 €) and the beef with a béarnaise sauce, and certainly for Pont-Neuf potatoes cooked in duck fat (25 €), to bite into. If you have a sweet tooth, you will not be able to resist their amazing Paris-Brest, a chocolate tart with praline, white chocolate and gavotte and a passion fruit creamy (12 €).
We like: the ultra-sophisticated presentations and the great service, in short a very promising outing.
Lunch formula with started and main or main course and dessert 24 €
Lunch menu and dinner: starter, main course and dessert 48 €, 53 € with lobster as main
