The sparkling summer drink

La Boisson Qui Vous Fera Buller Tout L Ete

We already talked to you about Sassy, this up and coming house has made cider and poiré (its pear cousin) the new drinks of trendy Parisiennes. They are served in all the hot-spots, from Maison Plisson to Hôtel Amour including the Prescription Cocktail Club.

And for Summer, made in Normandy bubbles are sporting pretty colors with their new rosé cider.

Its name? La Sulfureuse. A twist between softness and acidity to be sipped as such, or as a cocktail mixed with other nectars. Perfect for sparkling happy hours filled with panache.

Cool, so if you happen to drop by the Sherry Butt cocktails bar, order a Hanami, their new mixture featuring the famous Sassy poiré, Sakura tea syrup, squeezed lemon. A wink to the tradition of picnics under the shade of cherry blossoms at this time of the year in Japan.

La Sulfureuse, Sassy – pink cider, starting at 7,50 € for 75 cl.

Sold at Colette, the Paris Liquor Store, Publicis drugstore, la Cave de Joël Robuchon, Merci, Julhès and on the site of Maison Sassy.
