Chocolate and coffee truffles

If you are on a budget or don’t feel like going into a chocolate store, here is a recipe for express home-made truffles.

Recipe :

Step 1

Melt the chocolate with the cream. Add the butter in small pieces.

Mix and place for 30 minutes in the icebox.

Step 2

Shape the truffles by hand and roll them in the cocoa.

Ingredients for 10 truffles

-      50ml of liquid cream

-      1 bar of 170g Nestlé Dessert coffee chocolate

-      30g of butter

-      Powdered cocoa
