Bringing all his know-how from the original Petit Marguery of Port Royal, vivacious Glen Markussen welcomes you in an elegant and comfortable setting with view on the open kitchen and a well orchestrated service worthy of yesteryear’s brasseries.
In the plate, one finds many traditional French dishes: sweet breads, frog legs, veal head, hare à la royale and not to missed, their divine Grand Marnier soufflé for dessert.
