A cheese-bar place des Vosges !

If pungent cheese smells start tickling your nostrils as you near the very chic place des Vosges this weekend, don’t worry, it’s normal! A special kind of pop-up has taken over the Nikki Diana Marquardt gallery until Sunday. Earthy delights will be offered in this ephemeral boutique dedicated to goat cheese.

On the program, cooking workshops to learn how to make a ratatouille with Banon or strawberry, honey, rosemary skewers with Chavignol, to give some zip to your happy hours. Free tastings to discover the savors of the different varieties of goat cheese and also practical advice by Gérard Petit. This Meilleur Ouvrier de France teaches us how to cut up cheese, present your platter, taste cheese in the right order…
