A macaroon for a good deed

Who said enjoying sweets was a sin? Certainly not leading pastry chefs, members of the prestigious association Relais Desserts ( Pierre Hermé, the Japanese Aoki ...) who will be organizing on Thursday 20 March the 9th edition of Macaroon Day.

The concept? For a donation to the cystic fibrosis association Vaincre la Mucoviscidose, you will receive the macaroon of your choice!

An occasion to bite into chocolate delights created for the event by the couturier of cocao, Jean-Paul Hévin, new fruity fragrances (strawberry jasmine and raspberry hibiscus) by Christophe Roussel as well as other exclusivities.

The must? Macaroon maestro Pierre Hermé, at the origin of this« sweet and charity » day, will be prolonging the operation in certain boutiques until Sunday 23 March, yippee!
