In honor of this traditional Holiday, Japanese chef, Sakura Franck, has concocted a couture bento for a very chic picnic. The compartmented box comprises five ultra gourmet portions inspired by traditional cuisine twisted with Nikka, the Japanese whiskey: eggplant fritters fried with chicken and nuts, soba of mocha with salmon and raisins, foie gras maki, mochi dessert with milk chocolate and baked apple.
