Toyo is short for Toyomitsu Nakayama, the former personal chef of designer Kenzo. We can't help but think how lucky he was to have him for 8 years. We are delighted to share him in this totally filled-up dining room, titillated by his culinary talent, his light fried food, his steamed shell fish and his terrific sauce tartare with algae, his juicy sirloin steak on a bed of Korean mushrooms . We recommend you to eat at the counter stand -if greasy smells don't offend you - to observe from closer up how clever blades operate in silence.

Dinner menu : 95 euros
Menu "carte blanche" : 85 euros or 125 euros, depending on your appetite.
Open everyday, noon to 2pm, and 7.30pm to 10pm. Closed for lunch on Sunday and Monday.
