A game of pétanque in high heels and pissaladière at Les Niçois

A game of pétanque in high heels and pissaladière at Les Niçois

Pétanque is the most trendy game of the season while pissaladière and pan bagnat are the fave dishes of trendy foodistas, spread the word!

Proof? The gang from Colette and all the hipsters show up from all over Paris to roll some pétanque balls in their designer stilettos before enjoying a « Southern» style happy hour!

This wildly hip tavern is the creation of Luc and Vincent, the good looking hunks that draw in all their arty and rock friends every night. Result?  A really stylish dining room where one flirts, sips drinks and enjoys lots of giggles.

We love: playing the authentic Parisienne and ordering a Cham Cham (12€) a divine concoction mixed with champagne and Chambord, a royal elixir with overtones of honey and blackberry (12€).

Tip tops: Fernandel version madeleines !   An amazing pissaladière (3€), the royal tapenade, the addictive pan bagnat  (4€ for a half portion), real socca  (3,5€), and a terrific sunny ratatouille.

We adore: renewing with authentic holiday pleasures…
