A royal selection: the super extravagant headgear of Princess Beatrice at the wedding of William and Kate in a profiterole version stuffed with pralines, the Canadian hat of the Duchess on top of a vanilla panna cotta with strawberry jelly or one of the Queen’s handbags in a peach cake.
The best? A vanilla biscuit with sugar glazing for the diamond crown of Queen Elisabeth ! Happy 60th jubilee!
The Royal Collection of Ready-to-Wear will be served in the Caramel Room of the Berkeley from 1pm to 6pm from 29 May to 9 June 2012, at the price of 39 £ per person. (49 £ with a glass of Laurent Perrier champagne or 55 £ for fashionistas who only drink vintage bubbles).
