An ephemeral concept-store of Swiss cheese !

The Swiss dairy contingent is coming to Paris for a wild week. Parisiennes cheese-addicts can taste AOC emmental, mimolette or a tangy tête de moine cheese in a designer environment.

We adore the workshops… A great free Swiss brunch, a special « street food » Tuesday, filled with zany ideas to taste our favorite cheese in a trendy ambiance.
