Breakfast at Bread & Roses
Here one falls into the old baking style category with manual dough kneading and organic flours. For breakfast, we recommend the assortment of croissants and other morning treats, muffins with very high-end smoked salmon and cream cheese, or a Ploughman's lunch -a rarity in Paris - rather great also.
But be sure not to leave without a brioche of lemon and orange bark, the muesli loaf, with honey and nuts-nor forget the famous Irish soda bread.
