Riding on his success, pastry chef Christophe Adam takes his monomaniac fancy one step further. In the family of éclairs, we ask for the frozen Summer version.

So no crème pâtissière, but delicious frozen cream nestled between two layers of pastry puffs, to be savored in a tube so as not to get your hands dirty. The gourmet must, first mouthful is covered with a crackling chocolate glazing.

Just choose between one of the five recipes inspired by his most popular creations: pistachio-strawberry, chocolate-praline, caramel-salty butter, passion-raspberry.
