There you will encounter pretty American dolls on the arms of dandies and elegant golden boys sipping signature cocktails (20 €). Legendary mixtures inspired by the celebrities who have stayed in the ultra chic 5 star hotel such as the Shangha Express (coffee liqueur, fresh cream, Tonka rum, Thaï bitter) and the Blue Angel (blue curacao, juniper, Bitter lemon) for Marlène Dietrich or Queen Christine (akvavit, benedictine, spicy syrup, wild strawberries cream) for Greta Garbo. But also ? The mojito (20 €) that comes in a dozen variations from the most classic to the most chic with champagne.
To be tested, the Rossini, a delicious Bellini with crushed red fruit, blackberry liqueur, cognac and champagne (26 €). And they also happen to have many non-alcoholic beverages such as the fresh fruit cocktails (16 €).
