Lunch concocted by the youngest star chef in France for 25 €

Les fables de la fontaine restaurant

At 21-years-old, the youngest star chef in France is a girl. R-E-S-P-E-C-T for Julia Sedefdjian, awarded a Michelin macaroon for the Les Fables de la Fontaine restaurant, at an age when some are still seeking their way.

Good news, to discover the stellar cuisine of this native from Nice, no need to call up your banker for a loan. At 25€ the lunch formula (starter + dish from Monday to Friday), here is a real steal. This week: Asian mackerel with velvety carrots, followed by a broiled John Dori with broccoli mousseline and Brussel sprouts.

A la carte offers are also great picks. Haute couture pissaladière with red snapper and calamari (17€); braised beef checks, pak choi cabbage (21€) ; aïoli of sea bass, the big house specialty (24€). For sweets, hard to resist the banane soufflé with a running coconut middle  (12€) and the panna cotta speculoos (12€).

We adore: the cool ambiance and the design decor, that have nothing to envy from trendy tables in the 10th.

Open everyday from noon to 2:30pm and 7pm to 10:30pm.
