What better September resolution than taking a break from online shopping and heading back to beautiful boutiques to try on what really suits us? For the 2026 back-to-school season, Paris is welcoming several new openings that are set to become the latest go-to spots for fashion lovers. From French fashion and carefully curated vintage to iconic leather goods and next-generation concept stores, here are five new addresses that are sure to shake up your wardrobe.
Coach Play: The Marais’ New Hotspot

The space: Coach is unveiling Coach Play, its brand-new boutique concept right in the heart of the Marais. Far more than just a retail space, this new destination offers an immersive experience into the world of the New York fashion house. Designed as a meeting point between Coach’s DNA and the creative spirit of the neighborhood, the space blends Parisian architecture with references to New York. The original stone walls have been preserved, contrasting with walnut furniture, black metal structures, leather details and a multitude of colorful neon lights inspired by the energy of 1970s Times Square. Every area has been designed to surprise, encourage exploration and celebrate the personal expression that lies at the heart of the brand. Wandering through the boutique feels almost like visiting a gallery, with designer installations and carefully curated displays.
Our picks: it’s impossible to miss the space entirely dedicated to the Tabby bag, the house’s undisputed star, available in an endless array of colors, materials and sizes, including the quilted Tabby 19 (€350) and the Tabby 26 Test in maple (€495). We also love the small leather goods, such as the Essential Slim Wallet (€195), shoes including the loafers (€195), men’s accessories and, above all, the bag charms, including the Tabby bag charm (€175) and the Teddy Bear charm (€60), now the ultimate accessory for fashion girls.
Coach Play, 7 rue Sainte-Croix-de-la-Bretonnerie, Paris 4th. Open Monday to Thursday from 10:30am to 7pm, Friday and Saturday from 10:30am to 7:30pm, and Sunday from 11am to 7pm.
Centre Commercial: Green and Stylish

The space: the Canal Saint-Martin is no longer the only place to find ethical fashion. Centre Commercial, the cult responsible concept store on rue de Marseille, opened in 2010 by the two founders of sneaker brand Veja, has opened a stylish new boutique in the 11th arrondissement, on the lively rue de Charonne. Housed in a cool, design-focused space that was once a beloved neighborhood comic-book store, the new address brings together major names (Agnès B., Birkenstock, Paraboot, Comme des Garçons, Veja…) alongside more niche but equally responsible labels. The selection covers women’s and men’s fashion, accessories, homeware and beauty.
Our picks: the iconic Agnès B. snap cardigans (€225), a men’s knit shirt by Still By Hand (€365), chocolate-brown Baserange socks (€22), a striped Cordera polo (€330), a sky-blue cashmere and silk sweater by Bielo (€630), the perfect Agolde jeans (€330) and a vibrant red tank top by Réuni (€95). On the footwear front, our radar naturally picked up on Miista’s Malene boots (€300), silver Veja sneakers (€140) and J.M. Weston grained-leather loafers (€750). For gifts, there are delicate Tulipe glasses by Ulysse Sauvage (€65), beautiful D.S. & Durga fragrances (€167) and No Color charcoal exfoliating soap (€18).
Centre Commercial, 26 rue de Charonne, Paris 11th. Open Monday to Saturday from 11am to 8pm.
FRNCH: The Parisian Woman’s Wardrobe

The space: after Belgium, FRNCH has chosen rue de Rivoli for its new Parisian home. Set in a bright interior combining natural materials with clean, vertical lines, the brand showcases its feminine, colorful and relaxed universe. The collections are displayed as they might be in a Parisian apartment, making it easy to put together effortless everyday looks. The address perfectly reflects the brand’s DNA: easy-to-wear clothes that never compromise on style.
Our picks: coordinated sets such as the Monica (€214), which make it possible to put together a complete look in two minutes; soft cardigans that are perfect for the first chilly mornings, such as the Mara and Azur (€54.50); printed dresses including the Angela (€76.30), one of FRNCH’s specialties; and oversized jackets such as the Neree (€74.50), which instantly elevate a pair of jeans. Special mention also goes to the accessories: the Matira bag (€34.50), the Plunge belt (€29.50) and packs of socks (€17.50), all designed to complete an outfit without going overboard.
FRNCH, 12 rue de Rivoli, Paris 4th. Open daily from 10:30am to 7:30pm, except Sunday, when it is open from 11am to 7pm.
The Room: A Luxury Vintage Paradise

The space: already a must-visit for fans of high-end second-hand fashion, The Room is continuing to expand with a new Paris boutique. From the moment you walk in, you’ll find minimalist furniture, carefully designed lighting and iconic pieces displayed alongside large, highly Instagrammable mirrors. Bags, clothing, watches and accessories from the biggest fashion houses are carefully authenticated and selected with exceptional attention to detail. A little extra that is already generating buzz: a digital photobooth available for free, perfect for capturing your look of the day. It’s a shopping experience designed down to the smallest detail, where you come as much to hunt for treasures as you do to create content.
Our picks: vintage Chanel and Dior bags in exceptional condition; oversized blazers, including a particular favorite by Thierry Mugler (€170); carefully restored collector’s watches, including a stunning Chopard model in steel and diamonds (€3,900); and designer dresses, such as a beautiful azure Versace maxi dress featuring a cloud print. What we love most is the concept of daily new arrivals, turning every visit into a genuine treasure hunt!
The Room, 71 rue de Turenne, Paris 3rd.. Open daily from 10am to 8pm.
Rubirosa’s: Let There Be Color

The space: already known for its colorful essentials at its rue de Grenelle address, Rubirosa’s is going all out with a second boutique right next to its original location. The two spaces complement each other while offering different products. The new boutique showcases the season’s dressier pieces: shirts, cashmere sweaters, shoes and accessories are displayed in a spectacular setting featuring beautiful glossy wooden arches. Stacks of colorful knitwear, arranged by shade like a bespoke wardrobe, immediately set the tone: here, luxury is understated yet irresistibly desirable.
Our picks: the cashmere wall, which looks almost like an art installation, with sweaters arranged by color, including the Georges model (€490); perfectly cut shirts such as the Jean Paul (€310); and loafers that instantly add effortless sophistication (€390–€480).
Rubirosa’s, 37 rue de Grenelle, Paris 7th.* Open Monday to Saturday from 10:30am to 7pm.*
