Fort est de constater que Cyril Lignac s’avère le chef le plus avant-gardiste de la vie gastronomique et mondaine parisienne. Outre sa réputation médiatique, monsieur Gourmand Croquant parvient à enchanter, anticiper le désir des Parisiennes avec des concepts forts, à la simplicité sophistiquée et à l'exécution parfaite, sans prix délirants.

Accolé à son bistrot de la rue du Dragon, le dandy des fourneaux a donc lancé un bar hyper glamour, aux inspirations clairement puisées à Londres et New York, la dose de chic et décontraction en plus, si propres à la coolitude de Paris.

Son principe s’avère aussi évident que dans l’air du temps : des cocktails superbes et des poissons crus sous forme de sushis couture et petites assiettes gastronomiques, le tout cuisiné en live du bar par une brigade hyper pointue pendant que le mixologiste s’affaire côté potions avec l’Aztèque, un cocktail “salé” divin (tequila - jus de carotte 13€), un Caribbean Dandee (rhum au fruit de la passion à 12€), ou le Tokyo Garden, un mix brillant de gin, saké et litchi (13€).

A commander, partager et kiffer : un sandwich Lobster Roll breton tout simplement trop bon (17€), une assiette de Saint-Jacques marinées et tarama d’anguille fumée sur une galette croquante (18€), des California sublimes avec mention spéciale pour le saumon label rouge, avocat & mayo spicy (25€ la fournée), des sashimis wahou (25€ l’assortiment). Sans oublier les mochis glacés en dessert et aussi les extraordinaires perles du Japon au lait de coco (10€). Orgasmiques.

On aime : l’endroit propice au flirt en s’installant collé serré au bar ou les banquettes idéales pour les dînettes de Parisiennes.

Right next to his bistro on rue du Dragon, this culinary dandy has launched a super glamour bar with inspirations from London and New York, including a good dose of relaxed chic, typical of Paris coolitude.

His principle is both obvious and in keeping with the times: wonderful cocktails and raw fish presented like couture sushi, in small gastronomic plates, all put together live at the bar by a very professional team while the mixologist concocts devilish potions such as a divine “salty” Aztèque cocktail (tequila – carrot juice 13€), a Caribbean Dandee (rum with passion fruit at 12€), or the Tokyo Garden, a mix brilliant mix of gin, saké and litchi (13€).

To order, share and enjoy: an absolutely delicious Lobster Roll sandwich from Brittany (17€), a plate of marinated scallops and smoked eel tarama eggs on a crispy galette (18€), fab California rolls with special kudos for the red label rouge, avocado & spicy mayo salmon (25€), wowie sashimi (25€ per assortment). And let’s not forget ice mochis for dessert as well as amazing coconut milk pearls from Japan (10€). Orgasmic.

We like: and ideal place to flirt by settling elbow to elbow at the bar or on the banquettes, ideal for Parisiennes on the lookout for high-end nibbles.
