The best nutrition at Galeries Lafayette
After last year's successful « Parcours Nutrition Gourmande », the department store is doing a repeat of this gourmet nutrition venue!
Star chef Michel Guérard will accompany you in the food alleys of Lafayette Gourmet and help you choose products in order to put together deliciously healthy recipes. You can also consult all precious advice in the « Guide to Gourmet Nutrition » available at the department store, or ask recommendations from the dieticians present from 17 to 22 May.
And exclusively, until 29 May, the Ephemeral Restaurant by Michel Guérard --dedication of his book, culinary demonstrations at the Bar Rouge and a not to be missed game-contest. Quite a program to start learning how to take care of one's self!
