Just a few steps from the Bon Marché, this new fitness center is beautifully decorated all in white and wenge wood accents and offers personal training to help sculpt your body into that of a goddess. In providing private and semi-private sessions (max. 6 people), the coaches are at your disposal to create a personalized and appropriate methodology. Pilates enthusiasts, this is the place for you! You can also improve the benefits of your workout with a slimming massage from the massage fairy, Claire, or opt for a total relaxation massage. Good news for expecting mothers; Pilates is recommended by doctors up until the end of your pregnancy and may be resumed shortly after giving birth. Finally, a complete gym method!
