In detox mode, I start the day with a fruit juice and crisp veggies or a smoothie, delicately concocted under my eyes at «Smooth in the City».

For lunch, I go to Bioboa: a 100% organic grocery shop restaurant where slimming and detox doctrines are the master words. I am a great fan of their fan of their salad made with wild quinoa, cumin, coriander, nuts and fresh vegetables.

At the end of the day, I have the fake but very pleasant sensation of having erased my excess from the previous days.
