The most Lebanese

What if we brought a little Middle Eastern flavor to our plates? Over three hours, Delphine, a chef on Mounia’s team, takes you on a delicious immersion into the heart of Lebanese cuisine. After an introduction to the recipes, ingredients and culinary traditions, it’s time to get hands-on: discover the essential techniques and the secrets of the seasonings, spices and textures that make this generous cuisine so special. Depending on the season, you may prepare samboussik, fatayer, labneh, winter tabbouleh, fattoush, hummus or even grilled lamb with lemon sauce. And to finish on a high note, it’s time to sit down and enjoy the dishes you have prepared together. A feel-good experience for learning how to cook Lebanese food and heading home with plenty of ideas to recreate in your own kitchen.
The most Japanese

Head to Japan to learn how to make two must-try classics of Japanese cuisine. For two hours, Sakura welcomes guests with a traditional welcome tea before teaching them how to prepare a delicious shio ramen and tasty onigiri, all made with fresh ingredients. First, you’ll prepare the broth and the various ramen ingredients: chicken, vegetables, seaweed, miso, soy sauce, sesame and egg. Then it’s time for the onigiri: make three or four, filled according to your taste with salmon, tuna or a vegetarian filling. Finally, assemble your ramen bowl before enjoying some of your creations on site and taking the rest home. A Japanese escape that is as delicious as it is wonderfully exotic!
The most Vietnamese

Forget Uber Eats and discover the flavors of Vietnam! Over three hours, Ange invites you to discover the culinary traditions of her native country and get hands-on as you prepare delicious specialties. Throughout the workshop, you’ll work exclusively with fresh ingredients and learn how to make seasonal recipes. Among the must-tries on the menu: Bánh cuốn, steamed rice rolls filled with pork, mushrooms and lemongrass chicken; Bánh bao, soft steamed buns; and the famous nems, with pork, crab or a veggie filling. The best part comes at the end: sit down, taste your creations and share them with the other participants. A delicious immersion into the treasures of Vietnamese cuisine and a great way to come away with a whole new repertoire of recipes.
