The hard part in a chignon is to provide volume and make sure it holds up.
My 3 tips for a successful chignon:
-Use a texturizer to create volume on top. Apply 2 cm from the roots and ruffle;
-Use a « bun » for fine hair;
-Once the chignon is rolled up, alternate between long and small undulated bobby pins to make it hold, by slipping them under the outside hair strands (or in the bun).
