The raclette by leading chefs

On the resumé of Marie Quatrehomme: Alain Ducasse, le Prince de Galles, Cyril Lignac. Official suppliers of 3 stars and buzzing vent, Marie calls the shots when it comes to cheese in Pars.

In other words, we confirm that she serves the best raclette in Paris and even lends the equipment, because here there is a definite sense of generosity. Classic raclettes, smoked version, with pepper of flowers  (their specialty) : we like try a little bit of everything to enhance our potatoes.

Careful: they have run out of their truffle version—too bad, it will be for next year.
