So what’s in the plat? A chicken club sandwich with slices of grilled bacon, a tasty yellow fowl from the Landes, freshly chopped tomatoes, two quail eggs, slightly grilled veggies and a herbal condiment laced with yogurt that replaces the mayonnaise and ensures delicious unctuosity !
For the 5 fruit and veggie per day spirit, a small club vegetal gives a twist to the plate with eggplant, yellow carrots, orange, violet, daikon turnip. And with all that? Veggie chips!
Its high added value ? Amazing bread, a little bit like salty French toast, dipped in chicken milk perfumed with lard. It’s crispy on top and soft inside: in short totally addictive!
