In between shopping sprees, take a seat at Menu Palais, now helmed by three-Michelin-starred chef Christian Le Squer. You’ll fall in love with his signature dishes, including a warm fricassée of green and white asparagus with egg yolk vinaigrette (€14), delicate langoustine ravioli in a citrus broth (€17), and the show-stopping standing spaghetti au gratin with black truffle, ham and mushrooms (€90). As a proud partner of the Trophée Clarins tennis tournament and supporter of six-time world kickboxing champion Cyril Benzaquen, the Village also prepares for the 7th edition of the Pro-Am LVV Golf Cup. Held this September in Bussy-Guermantes, the event brings together pros and amateurs alike. The coveted Elegance Award will be presented by Grammy-winning mezzo-soprano Marina Viotti — a truly chic occasion.
