Three-Michelin-Star Chef Christian Le Squer Takes Over the Kitchen at La Vallée Village

Here’s the gourmet scoop that’s buzzing in the culinary world: Christian Le Squer, the three-Michelin-starred chef behind Le Cinq at the Four Seasons George V, is now crafting the menu at Menu Palais, the elegant brasserie tucked inside La Vallée Village. Naturally, we rushed there to try his new signature dishes. Spoiler alert: you’re going to love every bite.

Elevated Dining Meets Designer Shopping

Is there a better combo than scoring up to 60% off luxury brands and sitting down to a refined lunch crafted by a Michelin-starred chef? At Menu Palais, this dream duo becomes a reality — with a menu full of seasonal dishes created by a true culinary master.

On the menu:

  • French onion gratin (a Christian Le Squer signature, €11)

  • Fricassée of green and white asparagus with egg yolk vinaigrette (€14)

  • Delicate langoustine ravioli in a citrus broth (€17)

  • Homemade black pudding with mashed potato and passion fruit coulis (€25)

  • Sea bream fillet with confit fennel and jalapeño sauce (€28)

And the showstopper: the chef’s iconic standing spaghetti au gratin, with black truffle, ham and mushrooms (€90) — as theatrical as it is comforting.

Don’t skip dessert: the dark chocolate and Carambar refresher with caramelised peanuts (€12) is a nostalgic treat that tastes like childhood in a spoonful.

Insider tip: Le Squer’s signature homemade foie gras is also available to take away — €55 for 300 grams of pure gourmet indulgence.

All-Day Dining, All Week Long

Open daily during La Vallée Village’s hours (10 a.m. to 8 p.m.), Menu Palais serves up gourmet delights all day long. While the star attraction is the chef’s new lunch menu, mornings start strong with a chic breakfast: hot chocolate and buttery pastries galore.

Need a quick bite between boutiques? The all-day snacking menu has you covered:

  • Chicken club sandwich with fries (€20)

  • Classic Caesar salad (€22)

  • Cod fish & chips with tartar sauce (€25)

  • Hand-cut beef tartare with fries (€23)

Fashion and fine dining never looked so good.
