While it’s good to drink a lot during a sports activity, you must only have breakfast after your session. Doing sports while digesting would be too uncomfortable.

If you aim at being thin, avoid nibbling between meals.

And since you don’t want to be frustrated, indulge in a little jam or bread in the morning. It slowly gets eliminated during the day while you tend to stock at night before going to bed.

For dinner, the best thing is veggies and fish!
