Vodka and caviar bar: a great winter treat

This is precisely the effect of Vodkaviar, the ephemeral caviar and vodka bar, hidden in the superb Art Deco patio of the Lutetia.

Recently revamped, the mythical hotel of the Left Bank is offering a chic and deluxe experience, accessible every evening starting at 6pm.

The ideal? A very unusual and highly glam cocktail hour, that associates stunning cocktails by chief barman Nicola Battafarano, mixed with Guillotine vodka, elected best vodka in the world, along with nibbles featuring Kaviari black gold, concocted by chef Benjamin Brial.

The result : a delicate tempura of langoustine and caviar (€39) to be enjoyed with a glass of Charmed and dangerous (vodka, clarified Greek yogurt, white chocolate, coconut water, €26). Or the divine toasted mini brioche, tartare of beef and caviar (€35) with the Bring me up (vodka, BBQ sauce, clarified mango, smoked solution, €26).
