A pasta party at Jean-François Piège's place

After delighting Parisians at Clover and captivating taste buds with his irresistible veggie recipes at Clover Green, Michelin-starred chef Jean-François Piège turns his attention to the art of pasta at his latest venture, located at 5 Rue Perronet. The new code name: Clover Saint-Germain.

pasta lover

He was known for his appreciation of quality ingredients, seasonality, and distinct, precise flavors. What was previously unknown about Jean-François Piège is his love for pasta. At Clover Saint-Germain, beautiful fresh pasta, handcrafted on-site every morning, dances over the flame and blends with the excellence of French products: smoked eggplant, chickpeas, hazelnut butter, Parmesan, sage; sweetbread sotolon, black trumpets, puffed buckwheat; braised beef cheek ravioli, mimicking a Bourguignon with puffed quinoa (pasta ranging from €26 to €54)...

Not to forget, as a prelude, delightful sharing plates (or not!), from Bouchot mussels with hay to Jerusalem artichoke broth and smoked herring emulsion (tasting menu in 5 sessions €21 per person).
