In a reimagined Art Deco décor with a subtle 70s touch (we’re dreaming of recreating it at home!), Amandine Chaignot offers a sunny, heartfelt French cuisine. Her colorful, emotion-filled plates change every two months to respect seasonality and the arrivals from her hand-picked producers.
Start with sharing plates like a chickpea hummus with crunchy seed crackers (€9) or ham croquettes with a herbaceous sauce (€9) : dishes that instantly evoke sunshine. For starters, succumb to the butternut velouté with smoked duck breast (€16), perfect for the season, or to the homemade duck foie gras served with a seasonal chutney and toasted brioche (€24), a beautiful prelude to winter.
For the main course, comfort is key : a creamy risotto with black garlic and forest mushrooms (€26) or seared scallops served with parsnip purée, a light emulsion, and a salicornia condiment (€34). To end on a sweet note, choose the divine chocolate mousse with tonka bean and buckwheat (€12) or the spiced pear with crème anglaise (€14), simple and delicate.
At the bar, the space transforms throughout the day. Discover creative cocktails like the Gatsby (Gin, lemon, peach liqueur, champagne) or the Spicy Dona (Blanco tequila, basil, lime, agave, spiced bitters) : a chic setting for raising a glass before dinner (€15). Cheers !
