For 1 bowl

Preparation:

Place all the ingredients of the smoothie in the blender and mix until the
consistence is homogenous.

Pour the smoothie in a bowl.

Cut and remove the pits of the mirabelles and place them over the
smoothie.

Then place the granola, the coconut and the slivered almonds.

Ingredients

For the smoothie :

8 strawberries

125g of frozen mirabelles from Lorraine

125ml of almond milk


For the topping:

8 fresh mirabelles

A handful of granola

A handful of coconut slivers

A handful of slivered almonds
