An anti-oxidant watermelon Smoothie

Here is the hip and healthy drink to adopt all summer long !

For 4 glasses

Preparation

Soak the Goji bays for an hour in a little bit of water so they can be rehydrated. Cut the watermelon in pieces. Place all the ingredients in a blender.

If the raspberries are not frozen, add crushed ice.

Set aside in the icebox for an hour before serving.

As with watermelon, Goji bays offer an important source of anti-oxidants thanks to a great concentration in B3 vitamin (beta carotene) and the strong presence of potassium, selenium, iron, calcium, vitamins A & C.

Ingredients

1/4 of BOUQUET or 1 MINI BOUQUET

red watermelon

200g of frozen raspberries

50g of Goji bays

4 mint leaves

1 tablespoon of honey

1/2 green lemon
