Calling all romantics in search of a hidden table for an intimate tête-à-tête. You may already know Hôtel Elysia, a true 5-star gem tucked just steps from the Champs-Élysées. This confidential address conceals Le Bayadère, a high-end bistronomic restaurant led for the past six years by Chef Khalid Mansour, who crafts a seasonal menu in an effortlessly elegant atmosphere.
A charming setting
Inspired by the sumptuous ballet that brought Rudolf Nureyev to fame, Le Bayadère naturally speaks to lovers. True to its theatrical name, the décor unfolds like a poetic stage set, dressed in golden hues that play with textures and light. Ceiling moldings, a marble fireplace, heavy drapes and plush beige armchairs create a refined, cocooning interior, where tables for two (and more) promise a perfect romantic moment. Add to that a service that is both discreet and attentive—never overdone—and you have exactly what you’re looking for.
When refinement meets commitment

With a strong eco-conscious approach, Le Bayadère celebrates seasonality and local sourcing, proudly holding two Écotable labels. A commendable effort worth highlighting. In the kitchen, Chef Khalid Mansour showcases a true respect for ingredients, offering a daily changing Market Menu at lunch that delights the area’s business crowd (starter, main course and dessert for €43).
In the evening, expect a dinner as perfectly choreographed as a grand ballet. The Tasting Menu (€82), served from Thursday to Saturday, features amuse-bouche, champagne, two starters, two mains and a dessert with delicate petits fours, all delivered at a flawless pace. Highlights of the moment include silky wild mushroom ravioli enhanced with dashi broth and New Zealand spinach, as well as roasted scallops elevated by an addictive vin jaune emulsion. For a touch of escapism, line-caught pollock ceviche and guinea fowl supreme stuffed with dried fruits provide comfort, followed by an indulgent “Baba Normand” dessert with rich apple flavors.
A final highlight: the food and wine pairing (four 7cl glasses) at €38 per person, designed to elevate the experience even further and set the perfect mood to declare your love over carefully selected wines.
Open Tuesday to Friday from 12pm to 2pm and 7pm to 9:30pm. Monday from 12pm to 2pm and Saturday from 7pm to 9:30pm. Sunday brunch served from 12:30pm to 2pm.
