Ailleurs 47104152 M

Good news for spa lovers and overbooked twigs on the edge of a burn-out!  Thermalies, the very cocooning-style rendezvous is taking place this week-end to pamper and give some ideas to Parisiennes in the mood for holidays as well as glam’ thalasso spas.

The concept? A water and health themed venue with many escapades ideally adapted so you can get pampered or treat your urban aches and pains…

We love: all the workshops directly from the Louvre. If you are a treatment buff, then rush over to check out the « Bulle de massages » offering small sessions to make visitors less stressed.

Foodistas will adore: leading chefs from major spas (such as Christophe VAUTHIER from Vichy Spa les Célestins or Reynald THIVET from Radisson Blu 1835 Hôtel Cannes) will be on deck at the Carrousel to orchestrate free cooking workshops to learn how to cook light & gourmand. Discover all the by signing up here.

Tops also: the oyster bar with Arcachon bi-valves for a shoot  of iodine during a vitamin lunch

So just stroll around and get inspired…

Feel like quitting smoking without hitting the roof? The winning solution choc with a program to quit tobacco in green-therapy mode that combines top treatments canon, light cooking classes as not to put on weight and activities to improve breathing issues…all at Saint Honoré les Bains.

We also like: the 100% gluten-free outing with an ideally adapted  cure at Thermes du Boulou : relaxing treatments, abdominal and respiratory gym classes to assuage pain and no-gluten food workshops to tackle this sickness without being deprived of goodies.

Are you into « nice» bathing suits… Save the date Thursday 23 January at 4h30 pm on the steps of the Carrousel du Louvre for a fashion-show of  chic bikinis and very desirable swimwear designed by the stylists of Ecole Supérieur d’Art François Conte. A jury will elect the three best creations.

Entrance at 10€. When? From 23 to 26 January 2014. Thursday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm and Sunday 26 January 2014 from 10am to 6pm.
