Néogourmets

This year, the Néogourmets chocolate shop presents an Easter collection inspired by the sea, inviting chefs Thierry Marx and Raphaël Haumont to develop the recipes. The Seagull Egg is a bi-flavored egg with one side featuring vegan white chocolate and the other 70% cocoa dark chocolate. The interior consists of a melting heart of Piedmont hazelnut and roasted oat flakes. A delight.

Villa René Lalique

A nod to the tit, a bird found in the Northern Vosges Regional Nature Park, aka the true birthplace of Villa René Lalique, this trompe-l'oeil is made from organic Millot Madagascar 75% chocolate for the central structure. Inside, there are beautiful dark and milk chocolate candies as well as eggs filled with Douglas pine ganache. It doesn't get more poetic than this...

The Opéra Fa is as beautiful as it is delicious ! This dark chocolate Easter egg resembles a music box, adorned with the emerald and golden colors of the Palais Garnier.
