What’s more indulgent than lazy Sundays filled with late wake-ups and breakfasts that start after noon ? The ultimate invention for slow weekends : brunch, and not just any brunch, but the best brunch spots in Paris to book ASAP. On the menu among the hottest new openings : a devilishly chic all-day brunch in an ultra-contemporary coffee shop, a lavish feast inside a 4-star hotel, or unlimited sushi and sashimi with an Eiffel Tower view. Hungry yet ? Perfect.
Maggie

The place : Between the iconic rooftop overlooking the Sacré-Cœur, the buzzy Mikado club, and the quintessentially Parisian rooms, we already loved Hôtel Rochechouart. But the newest obsession ? It's an all-you-can-eat Sunday brunch at Maggie (€45). Set in a stunning dining room worthy of the most beautiful Parisian brasseries, it’s the perfect brunch deal for large groups – we even spotted an XXL family celebrating – as well as smaller crews recovering from a Saturday night before strolling through Montmartre.
The brunch : Once seated, strategy is key : how to taste everything without falling into a food coma ? At this price point, the seafood selection impresses: oysters, shrimp, and organic smoked trout. Fans of French terroir dive into pâté en croûte, divine vegetable quiche, and an excellent cheese board. Meanwhile, English breakfast lovers load up on sausages, mushrooms, crispy bacon, and scrambled eggs, with a bold side of garlic potatoes (a true crowd-pleaser). Save room for dessert : chocolate mousse, floating island, apple tart, Bourdaloue pear tart, fresh fruit salad, plus breads and flaky French pastries.
Extra perk : picky eaters can order American brunch classics à la carte : avocado toast (€11), salmon bagel (€11), lobster roll (€20), and more.
Maggie, 55 boulevard Marguerite de Rochechouart, Paris 9e. Brunch every Sunday from 12pm (last seating 2:45pm). From late May, rooftop brunch on Saturdays and Sundays.
Kinugawa Rive Gauche

The place : Perched atop Le SAX Paris LXR Hotels & Resorts, Kinugawa is one of the most dazzling openings of the year. Expect Eiffel Tower views, a rooftop terrace open in summer, warm terracotta tones, generous tables, and plush seating. The atmosphere strikes a refined yet discreet balance, attracting a chic international crowd and Parisian night owls who have already made it their new Left Bank HQ, soon joined by Sunday brunch aficionados.
The brunch : Blending Japanese culinary tradition with Parisian flair, the Kinugawa Sunday Club brunch delivers an ultra-generous experience. Start with the Japanese-inspired buffet featuring beautifully crafted maki rolls, sushi, sashimi, ultra-fresh toro ceviche, seaweed and cucumber salad, gyozas, and grilled chicken skewers. Then choose a made-to-order main dish. Highlights include grilled black cod, yuzu eggs Benedict, Japanese omelet, and an indulgent wagyu croque-madame.On the sweet side, everything is unlimited : French pastries, Japanese milk bread served with jam, honey or chocolate spread, exotic fruits, and irresistible mochi ice cream. Decision paralysis guaranteed.
Extra perk : if you’re over matcha lattes, opt for creative juices and cocktails. Our favorite? The Green Reset (apple, cucumber, spinach, kale, lemon juice – €10).
Kinugawa Rive Gauche, 55 avenue de Saxe, Paris 7e. Sunday brunch from 12:30pm. Brunch menu (buffet + main course + hot drink): €90 adults / €40 children under 12.
Causier

The place : The newest trendy hotspot in Paris’ 11th arrondissement, Causier feels like it was always meant to be here. From the moment you step inside, the New York-style studio vibe wins you over : raw concrete walls, stainless steel surfaces reflecting the light, contemporary furniture, and large pale blue wooden tables that soften the industrial edge. Behind a small porthole window, the kitchen buzzes with activity while a striking mineral bar anchors the space. The result ? A spot that sits somewhere between a cutting-edge coffee shop, a creative studio, and a laid-back living room where you could easily spend the entire day brunching, working remotely, or simply hanging out.
The brunch : At Causier, brunch isn’t just a Sunday affair. This is all-day brunch in Paris, served all week long — and that changes everything. Kick things off with a vanilla-infused iced matcha latte (€6) to get the energy flowing. Then come the plates that make this one of the best brunch spots in Paris 11. The Classic Breakfast (€20) delivers two eggs, roasted mushrooms and tomatoes, golden potatoes, avocado, fresh salad, and toasted bread — with the option to upgrade with crispy bacon for heartier appetites. More into seafood ? The Salmon Bagel (€16) stacks smoked salmon, cream cheese, dill, red onions, capers, tomatoes, and pickles for the perfect balance of richness and acidity. Short on time but craving comfort food? The Breakfast Burrito (€15) wraps scrambled eggs, melted cheddar, red beans, sweet potato, spinach, corn, and tangy Greek yogurt sauce into one ultra-satisfying roll. On the sweet side, the Banana French Toast (€15) is impossible to resist: golden brioche topped with whipped mascarpone, caramelized cashews, and melting banana. The kind of plate you keep going back to bite after bite.
The Extra Touch : The Blueberry Pancakes (€15), topped with mascarpone cream and maple syrup, are fluffy, generous, and unforgettable — the kind you’ll still be thinking about long after the last forkful.

Maslow Temple

The place : Tucked in the heart of the Marais, Maslow Temple is the new veggie address attracting all of Paris’s cool crowd. After the success of their first riverside location, the trio behind Maslow are back with a spectacular space where light steals the show. Under a huge glass roof, red takes centre stage, paired with steel, wood and marble to create an incredible play of shapes and textures. With its dizzying ceiling height, you can perch on high counter-style chairs to admire the monumental chandelier, or sink into the large American diner-style banquettes for a chill session. The XXL terrace, of course, awaits the return of sunny days.
The brunch : Maslow Temple has pulled off the impossible, creating a veggie brunch that makes you forget it’s veggie at all. Start gently with a creamy latte, followed by a soft-boiled egg with seaweed caviar, whipped cream and unforgettable brioche soldiers. The subtle saline hit of the plant-based caviar is a revelation, just like the addictive Potatoes Churros Deluxe. Then, melt into the fregola risotto with comté, pure childhood comfort, before the roasted Picota peppers with gremolata and fresh herb crumb steal the spotlight. For dessert, the crêpe mille trous is irresistible, a trip to Marrakech in a bite, with apple syrup, seasonal figs and grapes.
The extra touch : If you’re nursing a hangover, order the mocktail L’Alarme,a peach shrub and sparkling pear drink with a touch of lemon and a rosebud garnish.
