For whom? Fooding buffs.
The concept: a gastronomical fiesta live from the Aérosol, the new cool spot of the 18th. Imagine an XXL banquet where the favourite chefs of the Fooding collective will show up on incredible 10 stands run by four hands for the event Grand Fooding S. Pellegrino. To be noted: Arnaud Rebotini as beatmaker, the rising star of good sound, rewarded with a César for his soundtrack of 120 battements par Minute.
The chefs you will run into: a very colourful casting with 20 chefs divided into duos. Each couple will include the big national heavies of French eats and a foreign chef that is an ongoing success in France. In the spotlight: Jean-François Piège + Fernando Di Tomado (Biondi) ; Yves Camdeborde + Daï Shinozuka (Les Enfants Rouges) + Bertrand Grébaut (Septime) + Katsu Okiyama (Abri) ; Giovanni Passerini + Inaki Aizpitarte and all the others (Hélène Darroze, Grégory Marchand ou Pierre Jancou)… Bref: heavy duty stuff!
