Recipe for grilled cauliflower:

Ingredients :

- 1 cauliflower

- 40 gr of sea salt

- 3 l of water

- 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil

Preparation of the cauliflower :

Choose the « most handsome » cauliflower. It must be pretty visually, fresh, of average size and nicely closed. Cut off half a centimeter from the lower part, so that it can stand up straight without rolling over. Boil the water and add 10 grams of seal salt per liter. When the boil is strong, dip the cauliflower for 15 minutes.

Then, pull out the cauliflower and place it on a plate.

Lubricate hands with the extra-virgin olive oil then slowly stroke the cauliflower until the oil soaks in. Season with heavy sea salt, then slip in the oven at high power, for 10 minutes of cooking.

Take it out and sprinkle with the last trace of olive oil. Create a «presentation dish» using the crumpled baking-paper and place the grilled cauliflower on it.
