A cream cheese with citrus fruit club sandwich.
For 4 persons
4 mini brioche breads
a nice handful of arugula salad
cream cheese
1 orange
1 grapefruit
olive oil
Slice up the orange and grapefruit.
Set aside in a plate, season with a dash of olive oil, salt and pepper.
Open the mini brioche breads in 2, generously spread the cream cheese without going over the edge!
Include a little arugula.
Place 1 slice of orange, 1 slice of grapefruit.
Close your bread.
Enjoy!
