For a good detox after a long super caoloric WE

My little home-made soup with  1000 veggies.

Zucchini and turnips instead of potatoes (I only put one in).

Then I add tomatoes, carrots, celery, leeks with a broth cube.

I drink the broth and mix the soup in thick mode to fill up my tummy.

Idea on Sunday and Monday nights after too many calories and too much alcohol.
