Save the date : a chic and bucolic picnic for the Fête de la Musique

Les Crayeres

And if for once, we treated ourselves to a real enchanted rock parenthesis for this special day dedicated to music ?

Good news, just one hour our of Paris, far from the urban craze of the Latin Quarter, Le Domaine des Crayères, a mythical castle in the Champagne region, is organizing a very modern style princess picnic on its huge domain.

The idea ? After picking up a super-gourmet picnic basket signed by the 2 star chef Philippe Mille, just spread your blanket in the wonderful park and open your ears for a wild concert, stretched out on the grass, right under the stars (90€ for a two-person basket, starter + dish + dessert + 1 bottle of Champagne Moët Brut Impérial + 1 blanket)

In terms of sound there is a lot going on. The event starts at 7:15pm : Yumeko Mochizuki, the star Japanese piano player will open the venue during happy hour.  At 8h15pm, get ready for another very 70’s sequence with Pop’s, a trio of musicians who will interpret the most important pop titles of the 70’s.

At 9:30pm : DJ Marc Lagorce, Marko from Paris, dance-floor version. And to finish. At 11pm : Jean-Pierre Marcellesi, Corsican composer and interpreter, with his group of musicians.

Now just order and make sure of pointing out your preferences and allergies… The doors of the Domain will open at 7pm. Access takes place through the entrance of the « Le Jardin » Brasserie, at 7 Avenue du Général Giraud.
