LA CRÈME FESTIVAL
Ideally located between Nice and Monaco, La Crème Festival is the new hot rendezvous of the French Riviera.
The pitch: walking around barefoot, listening to live music, swimming, playing pétanque, chilling on a paddle, showing off on a boat, sipping a mojito at sunset, partaking in green workshops and gyrating until the end of the night...

BIARRITZ EN ÉTÉ!
A surfers’ festival was missing. It’s now happening in the gardens of the Cité de l’Océan in Biarritz. Ultimate high!
The pitch: celebrating summer, surf culture and green values. In terms of programming, this year the festival is increasing its urban and electro touch with two outdoors clubs on Friday and Saturday until 3am.
On stage: nearly 40 artists set down their suitcases on the Basque Coast. Starting with Nekfeu and Charlotte Gainsbourg or Clara Luciani and Roméo Elvis, the new darlings of the French.
The must: a high-end and original food selection as well as many activities worthy of a Côte Basque beach.

CALVI ON THE ROCKS
It’s the French’s Coachella. Calvi on the Rocks, the must-go rendezvous at the beginning of summer, opened its reservations for its 17th edition. Take advantage of the most glam’ and trendy event to go off with the girls and treat yourself to a week of holidays in Corsica.
The pitch: 5 days of fiesta, concerts in front of a sunset, waterfront aperitifs under the stars.
On stage: the programming is kept secret for the moment, but like every year the big names of electro will be present.

This should delight Parisiennes allergic to the roots concept. This spin-off of Calvi On the Rocks happens to be the most chic festival this summer, orchestrated by Edouard Rostand (Calvi on the Rocks and The Big Festival — that’s him).
The pitch: a 4-day weekend with the gang twisting performances in churches and arty fiestas. Translation: you will chill on the canals, sip more than one Spritz, dance on boats, checkout glam’ concerts and the best exhibitions in the world!

WE LOVE GREEN

No need to travel to the other side of the world to live a great moment… Whip out crown flowers and high waist denim shorts and rush to We Love Green at the Bois de Vincennes.
The pitch: concerts, screenings of shorts and arty performances in an atmosphere worthy of Woodstock 2.0 chaperoned by the super agency We Love Art (Nuit Blanche, The Peacock Society).
On stage: confirmed artists (Booba, Aya Nakamura, Christine and the Queens, Metronomy) along with the up and coming indie scene (Folamour, Jamie XX).
The must: the gastronomy line up (Frenchie, Septime) in a scenography worthy of a French-style Burning Man 100% sustainable. Without forgetting a great kids club for cool parents.

Since 2017, the famous American festival Lollapalooza that creates the buzz in Chicago has delocalized to the Hippodrome de Longchamp. Everyone wants to go!
The pitch: head for the States in just a few metro stops with, on stage, the most listened to artist of the moment. In short, the no-to-be-missed event this summer.
On stage: rock, pop, electro, there is a great choice and lots of stars: The Strokes, Twenty One Pilots, Martin Garrix, Bad Bunny, Orelsan, Ben Harper, Jain or Roméo Elvis and Camélia Jordana.
The must: the festival organizers have planned Lolla Chef, a space dedicated to cuisine gathering the hottest chefs. Finally a festival that dares to offer some chill out, good sound and gastronomy.

CABOURG MON AMOUR
No need to break your piggy bank for a very expensive ticket in order to chill while listening to good sounds on the waterfront. Cabourg mon amour is a festival facing the sea only 2 hours from Paris by TER.
The pitch: if you missed Coachella, no panic. This made in Normandy festival offers a great programming with electro sets on the beach and a slew of food trucks. In the festival spirit, you sleep under the tent in small adorable encampments planned around the site cabourgmonamour.fr.
On stage: a mix of local and international artists The Pirouettes, Tessa Band Macadam Crocodile, all that with your feet in the sand on the waterfront.
