Farago, « the» new in brunch at Cours des Petites Ecuries

Here is the most delicious Sunday news. In the district of Faubourg Saint Denis, the pinxtos bar (tapas with furiously Basque accents) one of the hippest places of the moment is launching its brunch. A must to nurse a hangover in an uplifting atmosphere.

On the brunch program: the team has put together a menu that always flirts with very very good products and a Basque driven attitude. The 25 euros formula includes: coffee from Coutume + amazing breads from the Liberté bakery (crush on the chocolate version) + amazing plate of bellota +  scrambled eggs with bacon or truffle + mimosa (orange juice and champagne cocktail just like in NY) or super fresh smoothies + plate of churros and hot chocolate. It does not get much better in Paris and such affordable prices!

For more whimsical appetites, nibble à la carte. Our insider tip: dare the chrorizo croquettas (fab), the great eggs in the Benedict vein with bellota (12 euros) absolutely hallucinating or a sweet Turron (6 euros)

We adore: the warm and trendy decor, with lots of wood and light like a Basque coffee-shop. Tops also: the possibility of having brunch on Saturday and Sunday.
