The real mobile steakhouse: La Brigade

La Brigade

Near this new food-truck, generally parked at the MK2 Bibliothèque & Porte Dauphine, the sign should indicate « warning not for vegetarians ». Because La Brigade is an authentic steakhouse on tires. Forget burgers we are back to Frenchy bistro traditions such as nice meat prepared in front of you. And to make things easier, the duo who invented this roving bistro, had brilliant idea of « slicer » thin strips of meat: sirloin tip, breast of duck or fried chicken can be eaten from a pretty barquette with giant tweezers, the new chic.

Sides? Fries and salads, we said old-fashioned with a choice of sauce au such as their famed roquefort honey.

The plus? Perfectly cooked meats and top notch meat quality, that need no extra seasoning.

Portions allow you to leave room for dessert. We liked the raspberry tiramisu Oreo,  unless you add to your daily ration of fruit with their strawberries infused in mint  menthe topped with Chantilly (3,50 € the dessert).

The next service ? Rendezvous on the Facebook page of La Brigade to consult their planning.
