The star dealer of salty dim sum brioches: yam'Tcha

Yam Tcha, the Brioches comptoire by the chef Adeline Grattard in Paris

Along the small cobblestone streets of old Paris hides a furiously sexy counter orchestrated by Adeline Grattard, two-star on the Michelin counter. Not only did this super-chef move into new digs, but she also serves the ultimate delight of street Chinese cooking: the bao.

So what’s bao? It’s the latest must of tasty street-food! Imagine round and comfy brioches-sandwiches, made with wheat flour and steam cooked in baskets in front of you.

Here baos are customized and filled with addictive savors and top notch products. Yummy, the stilton version + cerine amarena!

Be sure not to miss: the sweet chocolate version or vanilla-pineapple as dessert nor their amazing chaï latte.

We love: the gourmet pit stop ideal before or after the movies in les Halles or along the Seine embankments

Assortment of 5 baos: 15€.
