Noé, the new stylish hotspot in Batignolles

Sitting down and chatting over a glass of wine and delicious food : what more could you ask for ? Right in the heart of Batignolles, Noé has quickly established itself as THE new favorite spot for wine lovers and epicureans alike. Between exceptional wines, expert sommelier advice, refined dishes, fresh fish, and even a private wine cellar, could this be the next place to be in Paris ?

A wine-inspired interior design

Inspired by wine and nature, the décor reflects what you’ll find on the plates and among the countless bottles. Wood, stone, and leather accents, an organic color palette – from green to warm brown – and thoughtful details like glass bottles and candles adorning the shelves all invite you to disconnect. As beauty lies in the details, nothing is left to chance : from antique porcelain tableware that brings a family-dinner feel to the genuine leather menus and the soul and jazz playlist, at Noé you instantly feel at home.

We also love the large wooden counter and the open kitchen, perfect for watching the chefs at work and enhancing the warm atmosphere. But the real hidden gem of Noé is downstairs : a private vaulted wine cellar where you can dine surrounded by part of the 1,500 wine references curated by sommelier Thibault Jaffre.

The perfect harmony between fine wines and refined plates

Noé’s signature ? Gourmet, technical, and refined dishes designed to create unforgettable food and wine pairings. Choosing is no easy task among the sharing plates, including indulgent tapioca croquettes with parmesan and lemon (€11), crab fritters (€17), roasted marrow bone with toasted bread (€15), or the house favorite : Noé’s pâté en croûte (€18).

For those who prefer not to share, starters include a leek tartlet with smoked eel and green mayo (€16), pan-seared scallops with carbonara espuma (€20), or delicate sautéed mushrooms in broth with bottarga and winter vegetables (€18), before moving on to the main courses. Between the duck breast with Jerusalem artichokes, kale, and red wine sauce, the lobster with melting potatoes (€46), or the delicious roasted saddle of lamb with miso eggplant and coriander-sesame gremolata (€30), it’s hard to decide.

And of course, no meal would be complete without dessert. We give in to the made-to-order chocolate fondant with coconut-rum ice cream (€15) or the pressed apples tartin-style with milk ice cream for a lighter finish (€14). Naturally, everything is best enjoyed with a glass of wine from their extensive selection !

Open Tuesday to Friday from 12pm to 2pm and from 7pm to 10:30pm, and Saturday from 7pm to 10:30pm. At lunchtime, a Starter/Main or Main/Dessert set menu at €34, or Starter/Main/Dessert at €39, offers a first taste of the Noé experience.
