A smoothie every morning! It’s good, keeps hunger at bay all morning long and filled with vitamins! Tops: Associate fruit/veggies, vegetal milk and seeds.

My draining and delicious smoothie recipe: 2 apples, ½ cucumber, 1 cm of ginger, coconut milk, 1 spoonful of seeds (combo of squash, sunflower, linen, chia).
